Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Packaging We take great care in packaging every order. Our candy is packed securely to arrive fresh and intact. Orders containing chocolate items are shipped in insulated thermal bubble mailers with a cold pack to protect against heat and try to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

A Note on Warm Weather Shipping During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping for orders containing chocolate to minimize transit time. Candy Shack MN is not responsible for melting due to extreme heat conditions or delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
